Magnesium Alginate the magnesium salt of alginic acid, a natural polysaccharide extracted from seaweed, is composed by Mannuronic acid (M) and Guluronic acid (G). It’s shown white to light yellow powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in water to form thick solution.
